★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience . I was told that if I choose Grande, I can opt to choose tumblr which will give me an additional RM2 discount. After payment only I realised that an additional RM10 is charged for the tumblr (not mentioned previously).
When I asked the cashier (Syida) she claimed that she has told me about the charges (which in fact she has not) and whispers “It’s your problem”. Such a bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okish staff. I would say not that much smiling and energetic like they make your stay pleasant and all. Everything was okay for me, as I give the money to get services. Nothing less nothing much. Social distancing so limited place to sit. It’s on the GROUND FLOOR Left most corner if you enter from Maluri entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there around 4pm to get a cup of CM.It was my second visit to the store and very suprised to hear all of the baristas was being very welcoming.Rare experience indeed especially throughout my years visiting Starbucks all over Malaysia.
My order was taken by Daniel and made by Vincent.It was a good cuppa using perfect espresso shots after rain!
Salute to the afternoon shift team yesterday.

Very professional baristas there, and the smell and taste of coffee was just so satisfying~?you can feel the coffee taste lingering around inside your mouth. I like starbucks' mocha and latte. The chocolatey taste in mocha is fantastic. The service there makes customers feel at home.
