★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupid clinic and management! Booked slot for vaccine for booster 2 days earlier when arrived on the date gave ridicilious reasons
1. No vaccine available. Not sure KKM will provide booster stock or not
2. Not enough min pax for the day (in MySejahtera stated as complete min of 6 pax for the slot)
All the above could have been called and informed earlier to me due to I had made booking with another clinic on the same date but they professionally called 2 days earlier and notify unavailable due to min pax isnt sufficient.
Management should act efficiently and notify patient earlier appointment date to avoid them rushing all the way to clinic and had to just walked back without getting the vaccine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here for Melasma treatment for more than 9 years with Dr Koay. A doctor who is really down to earth,provides his knowledge and skills to treat my problem. When there is areas need to touched up ,he rarely charged me or either at a reasonable price.So far I am well controlled, religiously monthly visit him for my pico laser.
O2 uses new technology of lasers and new treatments to all. Staff friendly and couteous, follow-up prior appointment.
Well recommendable clinic among the community. KEEP IT UP O2 with CEO Dr Koay.
