★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff service and respond are below standard. Unable to provide solution. Being ignorant and trying to push customers away like ‘u better go else where we’re full here’.
If the system is unable to capture those who registered within 2 days ahead, fix it instead of telling customers that other customers were facing that issue. If the slot is full just block the registration. Do something about it don’t be so lazy. Thanks for providing the service but I believe everyone’s time is precious too. Fix your problem.
