Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Very strategy location and easy to grab for foods right in front and behind this hotel within a short walking distance. Will definitely come back here again. :)

The rooms smells good like a new apartment every single time you walk in. good rooms . Ok views I guess . Breakfast is also good ok amount of options . Fitness centre, jacuzzi and the pool is good thing for the residents very nice. Overall good place to hotel in?

Update: Management called back on the third time suggested that they arrange someone to pull twin beds together as an alternative. Cleanliness inside room: floor felt a bit dusty, and the carpets on floor makes my feet felt itchy. Parking: it is actually abit confusing, sky residence parking is on level 4-5, not the basement free parking, we were turning round and round searching for their parking. If you park at the basement, I think you will have to walk through the same road as the cars goes by, I saw people walking down beside our cars when our cars goes up, which is extremely dangerous. Not sure whether it is because the lift is not completed yet or just coincidence. Breakfast: Limited choices, no egg station, understaff as well. New facilities, good seats and environment. Wifi: 5 star speed. Currently everything is super fast just like at Home. If you are a business traveller that wouldn’t mind forking out a little bit more budget to get a better and smooth service, I will recommend Iconic hotel, but their wifi connection is really depend on luck, if they are full house, the connection will be slow. Breakfast quality are so much better in iconic compared to sky residence. If you are a budget business traveller and budget family trip, then I think sky residence will be a cost effective choice, you will get bigger space with the same amount of money compared to iconic. But, service and cleanliness is just ok, not a 4 star hotel grade, more of a 3 star. - Angry comment during a failed upgrade?: They are not a hotel, just a serviced apartment with terrible hospitality. When checked in, they didn’t double check like any other lobby service, and my husband found out he booked the wrong room when we enter our room yet they never double check with him during check in. When we try to upgrade to a king size bed, they charge us extra RM160. For current room, we paid RM230+ on agoda, a king size bedroom is RM305 on agoda. On Agoda upgrade cost another extra RM70+, direct upgrade with them cost RM160, which is illogical. Anyway, double check your booking before checking in with lobby, they are simply not professional enough. I totally regret tried out their apartment with this rate as I could get so much better service from iconic hotel.

Good place to stay, clean and staffs is very helpful! Enjoyed the swimmin pool and jacuzzi in the evening. Lots of food and restaurants nearby, opposite hotel and at icon city. Will stay again!

Our 4th stay and definitely will be our last when there’s no improvement as far as cleaning of the room by house keeping since our first visit . Never clear the rooms even once during our stay ranging from 3 to 10 days .no toiletries refill even numerous requests . Upon checking in room is dusty .there was once we found round has not been cleaned when we checked . What a shocking fact !! We checking in yesterday and has sent request to have room make up as it was dusty. Nothing happened . We called few times to get the nessste clear to the reception before going out . We returned in the evening and there’s still no sign of the cleaners have been here . I wonder why ?? Breakfast for guests needs serous attention.most of the time food is not ready at the said mentioned time-7 am.. Besides food is cool . Not heated up. Today i discovered guests need to pay for eggs in a buffer breakfast . I’m still waiting for our rooms to be cleaned .

Would like to commend on the wonderful service provided by the Ascott team. Made a reservation with them but due to unforeseen circumstances I unfortunately had to cancel my trip. Called them up to get assistance for the cancellation and it was one of the best customer service I have ever received. They were very understanding and helpful in my case. The whole process was such a hassle-free experience and I got the cancellation processed immediately. Would especially like to commend on the CS personnel Hamidah that handled my case, very friendly and helpful. It is customer service like this that makes customers feel welcomed and valued. Kudos to the team and keep up the great work! Would definitely book with them again in the future.

Poor management. Poor service. We asked for cleaning service in the morning but they only came at 9pm at night. The breakfast food is limited. Once finished, there is no refill of food. The swimming pool is dirty. Overall not recommended. There is only two lifts, always have to wait so long to go up or down. It took around 20-30 minutes to wait for the lift till we had to use the lift for staffs.

A very short stay for a work-related commitment. Designated hotel parking is at Level 5 which was free, but I chose to park in front of the lobby entrance which was also free. Check-in and check-out process was a breeze, although the reception still called me to clarify my check-out although I’ve completed the process properly early in the morning. It’s a new hotel which opened in October 2021. It was surrounded by Chinese and non-halal eateries, except for a mamak shop across the road. Finding a halal eatery around the hotel is a challenge. The room was clean and tidy. Facilities at level 39 is said to be used only by residents of the premise.
