★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please lebihkan pekerja or if taknak lebihkan pekerja make sure bahagian kotak cake di label dgn betul, susunan kotak disusun mengikut size. Label tu jangan tinggalkan kosong putih macam tu. Customer tak boleh baca size apa kotak tu, papan cake pun macam tu juga. Kitibas saya mencari kotak cake tadi. Nak tanya pekerja awak, sorang tu jelah dekat cashier. Serba salah saya nak tanya dia tgh busy layan customer lain.
Please add more employees or if you don't want more employees, make sure the cake box is labeled correctly, the box is arranged according to size. Don't leave the label blank like that. Customers can't read what size the box is, the cake board is like that too. Kitibas I was looking for the cake box earlier. Want to ask your employee, that person is near the cashier. All wrong, I want to ask him if he is busy serving other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Even manager behave rude, he supposed to take temperature scan but he just stand there with hand folded and look at us.
Many items out of stock. Don’t even have birthday cake topper.
If bought more than 100 pieces supposed to reduce the price but they never give. Other OBL does give discount.
