★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCES EVER EVER, and OWNER named JENNY, NO RESPONSIBILITIES NO INTERGRITY..Not even an apology for spoiling customers items.
having my sofa covers cleaning and one of the cover required them to remove ONLY small stain area and they cleaned and treatment it into 2 different colors and we cannot use it at all now, they bleached it and held no responsibilities where we have to spend almost rm3k to make "one pc of seat covers".
Here a photo you can see on "original sofa cover color ON THE LEFT SIDE, and ON THE RIGHT SIDE which is now bleached into a different colors".
Owner also claimed that our sofa cover is moldy after their treatment and my sofa is molded as well and we checked it no moldy found on the seat frame and seat cushion. Later, we did have our sofa company where we bought it , and hire a sofa specialist to look into it. The answer, its not mold because this fabric is linen-mixed textile and have its natural colors in it ranges between shades of ivory, ecru, tan, or grey, and laundry company should be aware and clean it carefully; meaning to say SHE IS COMPLETELY INEXPERIENCED AND KEEP CLAIMING ITS MOLD, obviously she bleached it whole piece. You guys know that how great linen textile is favor to you...right?!!! God bless her..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ got my Adidas sneakers back with more stain and damage. The heel being covered with thin cotton layer was torn off. I cannot wear them anymore due to sponge comming out from inside.
Based on Papawosh service term on official website, I requested proper compensation .
Customer care line told me to wait for their boss call. But, I didnt hear anything for two days. I aksed direct contact of boss but they ignored.
Now customer careline ingores all my whatsapp message and doesnt receive my phone calls.
I had to reach them by using my friends phone. They reply to all other message and phone calls except mine.
So, dont use their serive. They are kind but once you complain, they shut you down and ignore even tho they damaged your product completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always send my sofa covers there to wash very frequently. Staff are friendly. Unlike other dobis, the boss is contactable via WhatsApp and responded to my concerns before, very responsible and ethical. Place is clean and welcoming. Thus currently my 1st choice of dobi to go to. Stumbled upon them one night wen I was desperately looking for a dobi one nite - they open until 8.30pm.

I lived in a studio without space for a washing machine so the free delivery/pick up services was really a relief for me which I used exclusively on a weekly basis. Otherwise I'd have to lug my laundry to a DIY laundry. Apart from normal laundry, I've also used their carpet, comforter and dry cleaning services. Their service and quality is impeccable. Price is also very reasonable. For my normal laundry, I usually get a pick up on Saturday and it is ready by Sunday night. I also recently had an emergency situation where I needed my laundry to be ready within the same day and they obliged. I've moved to 2 addresses since 2018 and I'm still using their services. Well Done Oceanwave & Pappawosh!

There was 0 responsem based on the reviews here, i can tell that i avoided a bad company that practises bad business ethics. I suggest people find another service provider. Was of time trying to get even a simple quote from these bad business owners
