I am a doctor myself with 9 years of clinical experience. My brother who's a known case of migraine went to this clinic yesterday(15/10/19) saying he is suffering from migraine. This Doctor, in a very rude tone, asked him how he knwos that it's migraine. "You just tell me that you had headache. I'll decide whether it's migraine or not!" Then my brother said he has had it before, so he knows. And then my brother said he vomited once when he was brushing his teeth+getting ready for work. This Dr said "It's normal to vomit when you're brushing your teeth!". My brother is 29 and very well knows the difference between vomiting while brushing his teeth and a headache induced vomiting. Since my brother went to see him in the afternoon around 3pm+, this Dr asked why didn't he come in the morning. My brother said he took medications and slept first since his pain was bad. But the insensitive Dr insisted that my brother should have came in the morning despite the pain. My brother also informed that he is deprived of sleep since he had to drive up and down to KL for our sister's graduation over the weekend. He still went for work on Monday. On Tuesday(the day he visited this Dr), he couldn't due to the pain. This Dr said that that's his personal problem.
I clearly think Doctors like this should not work as one. They don't have a single bit of empathy towards their patients which makes them unfit to be a Dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way staffs communicate no satisfying. Service very bad. They ask for punctuality at 9am but we arrived the clinic at 8.30am and they said covid test will start at 9.30am. After been waiting so long the doctor or nurse I don't know she came at 10.++. Without saying anything just conduct the swab test. Buat kerja pun kasar. Just want to have some tissue to wipe my tears also said oo cannot this for bla bla bla. Can't talk nicely ha?? We are customer. We pay for the test, but the way you're talking so low in attitude la. I don't mind if you can't give it but please have some manner to talk nicely. How come you become a doctor. Very bad clinic. This is the first and last time I come here. After test immediately ask us to go out and again, with the low manner. Congratulations. Keep your bad attitude and maintain to receive bad review from customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday 24 Jan 2022,beform 11PM came to klinik,because my daughter is fever and constipation,she so suffer…so we want see doctor,but the Nurse not allow us to in,she says klinik is close,then i ask this klinik is 24Hr service right?How she answer…not 24 hrs?My daughter is 1 & 9 month baby child only,Nurse don't care even children also,So rude ,If i can give Zero star,must give Zero star?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ doctors and employees are the same, they don't have a good attitude, just the name of the private clinic, but they don't have the quality, my village clinic is even better than this .., I'm sick, I want to ask for a sick leave letter, I can't either..is it very difficult, isn't it? I want to have to come to work in pain..this is the worst day to get a bad clinic, no specialist
