After rains, the ceiling of living room are full of black stains. The garage ceiling paint also look really bad. Contractor wont fixed it as OIB sidr claimed your warranty is finished. At first when you get the key, you check it. The condition was ok. After third year, the new house(Pdg serai area) end up with lots of defect.
