★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to ask them to disassemble my PC as i wanted to take some of the parts to Singapore. Lady at the front desk promised it would take 1 day to complete. I had to constantly check up on them and remind them that I needed it in 2 days since I needed time to pack the parts and had a flight to catch. The evening before, I called them and they havent even started on my PC yet, because of a 'backlog' in orders. Should have at least informed me that you couldnt keep to your promise instead of keeping quiet. Technician didnt even bother to talk to me face to face. In the end i just did it myself. Save your money dont come here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very good. Pay after service. Very professional. They keep you updated through WhatsApp and very fast service. My hard disk was completely busted on Saturday during the MCO 3.0 and I was panicking as no other shop was open and then I found them. They got it fixed by Monday evening. Very happy with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put 7-20 working days to repair,but during follow up keep on delay up until 28 days and problem unsolve.
1st diagnose-Motherboard problem and need to repair.
2nd diagnose after follow up at 19th days, got problem with processor,need to repair processor and to add in cost.
After I have cancelled the repairing process, but still wait until another 3 days before can collect.
Found scratch and new dented on top of the surface,and the front desk girl do not even say sorry for the time wasted and damaged done. Even you are not charging at all,at least, say sorry.
And when disassemble on my own, found stapler leftout inside the laptop causing short on the motherboard.
I wondered if they really look into the problem earlier? Or they just keep saying motherboard got problem,but they were never disassemble the laptop...hmmm...
