★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming to this place was quite a nightmare. Their store is placed at a factory-corporate ish buildings so expect a lot of lorries while walking around trying to find a decent parking. I was alone so I got scared approaching to the store. However, the store has a zen ambience that I like. The lady who assisted me was nice. Not overly fake friendly or anything which is fine. I got to smell all their candles and the best ones are eucalyptus & pine, vanilla bourbon and strawberries & champagne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is cool and has minimalistic design. Andy was very helpful in explaining their best sellers and other fragrances.Only setback, no parking available, seems like park at your own risk. Fragrance seems strong , hope when it's lit up, it will be just nice. Perfect for gifts too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space was beautifully decorated, and the candle that I bought was nice.
However, the smell was overwhelmingly strong in a bad way as the scents of different candles mixed with one another, so I really couldn't differentiate between the scents despite the samples provided.
It'll be great if you guys could use more glass beakers (that you are already using to cover some of the candles) to cover the rest of your candles or at least install some glass dividers, otherwise there's really no point giving out samples since there's no way to differentiate between the scents.
As for the cashier, let's just say at least a smile or two from her would have made me feel more welcomed, but instead I left the store wondering if I accidentally disturbed her day or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No parking space for customer, would need to park outside at your own risk and extremely hard to get a parking spot with all the lorries and cars occupied the roadside parking. Staff is not friendly, purchased two candles but feel so offended when im instructed not to hold the candle to smell the scent when i pick up one at the display counter to try with mask on. They should have do a sealed display rack or put a sign on if they do not want customer to hold their display candles. They offered paper strip which dont know place on counter for how long, it’s very hard to differentiate the smell from paper strips. It kinda smells like all the flavour blended tgr with the environment as they are also lighting up the candles in their showroom. Purposely travel so far to visit ended up very bad overall experience.
