โ โ โ โ โ I went here yesterday to buy my Friendโs gift.
The customer service was excellent.
Especially the tall Chinese lady assist me very well.
I wanted to write praise letter for her but I couldnโt find where i need to write.
If you want to buy some product from Loccitane, highly recommend this branch.

โ โ โ โ โ The notice board said allows 8 people in the store at one time including staff but when I went there, only 2 customers and 2 staff. I don't understand why they never let me in. Plus they saw there were a couple of customers queueing outside yet they took their own sweet time wrapping the gift. Seriously?

โ โ โ โ โ The staff in pyramid branch is rude and not friendly at all. My friend and I are lining up to enter the store, wanted to check out and maybe buy their product as a gift. But I felt speachless when we are outside lining up and she just wonder around at the counter, FYI the store has 3 person inside including the staff.
When we decide to leave, she came and talk to us in a rude way, tell us that 2 of us have to leave if other customer want to enter the store. Worst experience ever, will definitely go other branch to buy their product.

โ โ โ โ โ Went recently to redeem the 'Most Loved Sample Kit' from an online limited time game and this is the worst store in terms of service compared to 1Utama and The Gardens . Sales girl Rachel has an attitude when she knows I'm only redeeming my samples and not purchasing anything. Under the terms and conditions I'm suppose to receive 12 most loved sample kit but I only got 6.

โ โ โ โ โ Went with 2 friends to redeem the Most Beloved set, which on the site said there are 12 samples in the kit. When I told Rachel, the Chinese lady serving us that we wanted to redeem the samples, she gave an attitude and couldn't wait for us to leave and talked very snappish.
After leaving the store, I counted the samples, which she shortchanged. So we each had 8, 8 and 6 samples respectively, instead of the promised 12 on their website. Furthermore, their facebook page shows the Immortelle sample but we none of us got it.
Disgusting and cheap attitude from worker that would pocket the samples instead of doing her job and giving it to the customers rightfully. Avoid this branch at all costs, you deserve better.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to Sunway Pyramid store to claim my free gifts in exchange for my recycling items. Staffs are so arrogant for i dont know what. As if i owed them money. The chinese lady smirked when i told her that i sent the recycling items last year November 2021. I haven't got my free gifts in November due to out of stock issue. Loccitane, im disappointed and i dont even feel like walk into your store anymore.

โ โ โ โ โ Your staff very cocky.. brought some empty bottles for recycle but she just rejected most of it in a โnot very goodโ tone. & i feel no comfortable with her, after register as a member i dont keen to purchase anything & she didnt offer me to buy any products in the shop
