Had the Nasi Lemak this time. Was pretty nice, Indian Nasi Lemak!! Quite a few Malays dining! Service is slow and to be tolerated. If you are in a hurry, than do take away (even that minimum 15 people). Masala tea was super. And the wajik best nya

Best chapati in Ipoh. Come early! They always run out of chicken dishes!

This is definitely a must try place. Worth every penny. The Chappati and Sardine Sambal combo was too good. Thosai, Nasi Lemak and Tea was nice too. The highlight was the Urundai, never had a better one than this. Definetely will come again.

We walked past this shop and the smell of chapati lured us in. It was fragrant, chewy soft and nicely charred. Sooo goood! Saw people ordering nasi lemak so i had to do the same. The ikan bilis in the sambal were huge and tender. Curry chicken is some of the best version I've tasted. Spicy enough for a solid kick which can be quickly subdued with the masala tea, which was what I presumed, made with fresh milk. A lady came to check on Mum if she enjoyed her masala tea, a conpletely unexpected but thoughtful gesture. Mum also commented that the curry puffs tasted "wholesome" as it didn't taste "Indian". Just savoury potato puff goodness. It is also good to note that none of the dishes were salty as it is usually expected of almost everything you consume locally ?. I would love to see more non-meat options available to accompany a potentially perfect chapati meal!
