★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps since the cafe is has alot of customer ( at Friday Night ), the food is need a bit time longer to be ready. So if you really hungry, is not recommend to eat here. But for drink is ok, it came first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order the Tom Yam noodles and waited for an hour for the order to arrive. When it arrive, it is curry mee. The worst thing is the manager deny their mistake and tell me this is Tom Yam. I am not a chef but I am pretty sure there is no santan in Tom Yam. This has got to be the worst Old Town experience I ever had and it will be the last time I am coming here. Honestly it does not even deserve a ⭐️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy staff, dirty premises, door with finger and palm stain all over the glass door every morning I come here, just goes to show they don’t bother wiping the window. Food cook with no passion, bread made with barehand and poor hygiene practice, waited for my bread for more than 20minute when the restaurant wasn’t busy, not to mention the quality of the food, no kaya at all in the bread. I have been here numerous time and was hoping that they would improve, it seems like it has gone from bad to worst. Will never come back again, you have been warned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. We got hot ice lemon tea with unfresh lemon and asked the waitress to check. Waitress did not say anything, but showed bad looking face, took the ice lemon tea and give new lemon tea with throwing the glass in the table. Noodles are not tasty. The only thing taste good was Mie Asam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad, there are tons of these all over Malaysia. This one was not in my top 5. Had to look around for pencils to write our orders, no server to attend us and no button to call the servers. Even when walking to the server and giving her our order she wasn't friendly at all. Later when we got our food she shared a smile and it made up for it. They still have good food and great coffee. There are better Old Town White Coffee's out there.
