★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considered a nice haven for mala lovers. The price is much lower than the other mala restaurant at burmah road 无辣不欢. For the same amount of price, you will be surprised by the amount of food in comparison. The price is calculated by the weight of ingredients you take from the chiller. The amount of rice for one person is quite a big portion. Still business as usual during lockdown. Highly advised to bring your own food containers / tiffin carriers for takeaway orders. They provide fried mala and mala soup style. The only drawback would ve accessibility to the restaurant as there are limited carpark and fast traffic flow at both sides of the shop which might be a hazard for other road users.

Cook it in either soup base or fried it.
You may so request to buy the soup too
I personally like it if no one want to join me for steamboat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheapest pick your own ingredients ma la xiang guo in town with only RM4.50/100g for both vegetables and meat.
However choices are quite limited. The ingredients fridge also quite compact so if there's more than 5 person there the whole area will become very crowded.
Normal spicy is very not spicy so go all out and pick the most spicy one to satisfy your desire.
