★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lunch there today and tried our best to follow the MCO SOP. Was waiting in line, but the lady at the cashier was a bit rude. Told us to sit next to stranger and I asked nicely whether can we sit at the section outside, she quickly dismissed me and said “no section closed, either there or can go eat somewhere else no table”, she left, then came another man, asked to check our temperature and all, I asked the same questions and without hesitation, he brought us to the table. Another server, an Indian lady brought us food, very polite and nice, even in mask, she smiled so the extra star here is for her and the man. can’t condemn the whole restaurant but please don’t let the first lady talk to customers like that.. just because you’re older does not mean you can talk to people like that.. I apologise if you turn rude because I asked in English, I cant speak Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You look at the menu. You write it down on the paper. You ring the bell. The take it. Prepare the foods. Then serve it to you. Spacious space. They have tables with sockets. Food was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to have lunch here. Service not very good, noticed a staff serve food but expect customer take cutlery on their own. First I happened to us, I woke up and took myself thinking he might forget, it's okay. But we saw he did that with 2 or 3 more customer. ?but a table behind us was served so diligently. Is he being selective? Funny, no one was rude or anything. We noticed he behaved certain way to 'certain' customers. To Haris, please take care of your work ethics, it will do you good. Anyway, he is good in telling customers outside food not allowed but cannot give cutlery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing out of this place is the supersized coffee and drinks. Will only come here (all their branches) for drinks, as it’s quieter and cheaper than Starbucks. The reason for the cold food could be the laziness of the staff, they served us all the food altogether at the same time, meaning the food has been sat on the kitchen table cooling down while other food being cooked. Is this what we are paying the 10% service charge for? No greetings and we had to scan the menu and self-order.
