Taste is just so so over here.
A bit dissapointment.
Fish ball and fish paste, taste can tasted not so fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So there was nobody in the shop at 10.30AM, and the staffs INSISTED that I sit at the bar facing outside, instwad of the 20-30 empty normal tables. It’s as if the staffs want to humiliate customers or something.
Deserve only 1 star for horrible service.

A total disappointment on that "Deep Sea Grouper Fish Mee Xian" that was completely tasteless. Guess that I am not the only diner who had this poor quality meal as from past reviewers, commentators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here to buy noodles for my nieces n nephew. I asked the manager which price is cheaper, either from grab or the shop. The manager by the name Moon, wasn’t helpful at all. She just point the menu and ask me check myself. The shop wasn’t busy at all and she just stand aside waiting me to compare the price. If she took the initiative to just check the price, I probably order from them if their price is cheaper by few RM. Either buying from app or restaurant I’m still their customer. We have our rights to choose which is cheaper too.
The staff by the name Jim was helpful. He even offered to key in the price in the system to help me compare. He told me the price is cheaper in grab too. This is call customer service. Helpful and friendly.
The manager(moon) have to learn more from their staff. Stop being arrogant and unhelpful although you’re the manager. I will understand if your shop is full of customer but if you are just standing there waiting for me to order then I believe this job is not suitable for you. I work in the airlines industry for more than 10 years where customer service is our priority, I strongly recommend the manager should be replaced with someone else who can do a better job.
After ordering, I wanted to get a second order from the app, immediately the app said the shop is close for pick up or delivery. I m not sure who did it, either grab or the shop manager. I just felt disappointed with this outlet with the overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk what to say but I'm not a soup person, so I'll be recommending the dried chilli pan mee, as it comes with a onsen egg( almost half boiled/fully cooked) and be do in mind when your order this meal, be sure to get some drinks or snacks. As the spiciness not kinda for everybody. Cheers mate ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth for the price. Had Superior Pork Ball Soups. Huge pieces with exploding flavours around the bowl. Soup was so premium where I could taste the quality of the ingredients.
