★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered toast, Nasi Lemak, and Nasi Ayam. The nasi lemak, had gone down in quality since i last had. Not from this outlet though, but this thing should be consistent throughout the chain.
The chicken is dry, and small, the acar is little. Don't even notice it at first.
Though the atmosphere in Old Town, its really cosy. Id just come here to chill with a cup of coffee no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a regular at old town. Been going over 10 years. But its my first time going to the sri rampai branch. My usual ‘enriched’ chocolate drink was extremely watered down and the kaya toast had barely any kaya and butter. Toast was cold when it got to the table. Funny thing is, we only ordered 2 drinks and a toast ? first bad experience at old town ??

Here, the staff are all sour faces, never welcome greet you, no 'thank you' after paying at cashier, when ask for order also show sour face. The food is so-so. The food is not exactly how it's shown in the menu picture. Flies are everywhere. 1-star for bad staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: It is a big restaurant which offers wide and many seatings for the customer. The order can be made on the table via QR code. Service is good and fast for beverage. The toilet is clean and well maintained. Definitely a good spot for meeting new people, informal meeting, discussion and coffee lover.
