Here is the story, my door was delivered and unfortunately she was not aware and i was not as well, the door was damaged due to the recent flood that took place in KL. The door is made to order and delivers directly from KL, hence she din know.
Once it arrived, we were both shocked as it was damaged, she sent it back and fiercely faught for us to get a new door made, and within 12 days she got me a new door, delivered and saved my entire renovation. This is the main entrance door, how to have house without a main entrance door ?. Thanks to her and her husband! And her special service is powder coating the part of the door, which no one does!
