โ โ โ โ โ Customer service is the worst that I have encountered and the after sales service is even worse. If you are prepared for all this then you may continue to purchase. Digital lock manual that they provided was a printed A5 paper with instructions only given for registration of new user and no information given on how to delete user or how to operate the device or steps to troubleshoot. Though one time training given hastily during installation which somehow was not helpful. Ayu Ying Ying, the sales person is only interested to sell you the door and the rest is not her business. I had problem unlocking the door using the emergency key provided and all she did was to arrange appointment with the technician. Problem encountered at 10am, technician called to check at 5pm. Imagine if you dont have any other access into your home. It's a nightmare and that's the reason I'm writing this review. May as well scout for other security doors as there are plenty of them near this shop. Though I like the design, I somehow regret purchasing this door due to the bad service provided.
