★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty foods and drinks. However, we paid for the private room but one of the waitress rudely told us to keep the door open, as the aircond outside is faulty. We wouldn’t mind if she asked us nicely, but it just seems like we were at fault. She was not friendly at all throughout serving the foods and drinks either. Food arrives late, literally waited an hour, and have no choice but to pack the desserts since they already started to clean up for closing. Probably will be helpful to tone down the sound system as well. The other waiters are friendly and very helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a visit. Interesting experience eating shellout style. Good quality food. Though need a little assistance to know how to get the best dining experience. Dessert was such a showcase! Though a little hard to eat. Highly recommended for a visit for special ocasssions. Staff was really friendly and helpful too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great waiters who are attentive and polite. Food is obviously good. I just wish they served free water hehe… oh and the trash near the toilet tends to get full quickly so I recommend changing it a bit more frequently. Overall what a splendid restaurant, an ethereal experience indeed!

Generous with boiled potatoes & corn. Also very fresh and delicious.
Will definitely order again!

We ordered The Imperial set that were meant for 5pax, their portion is quite big so we couldn’t finish them and had to take-away the remaining. We picked Cajun sauce (medium spiciness) and the buttermilk sauce. Seriously we love the buttermilk ones! It was so milky and their seafoods are fresh.
Cozy environment and thumbs up for their service too! The servers were very attentive and volunteered to help us with the crabs and also to help us to take pictures too!
Will definitely recommend to friends and family to come here again!

I've been here several times as my family lives nearby. The servers are always attentive and polite.
Would recommend Ombak for people who are into the shell-out style seafood. Unlike its other counterparts, Ombak's portion is quite big and the seafood comes with a lot of gravy, making the experience more enjoyable. The place is also very spacious and suitable for dining out during these pandemic times.
Plus point is the hand washing area - clean and well maintained.
