I call this company for many times but no one available for me to speak to their agent. At this moment I'm curious whether they were really a company that wanted to accept inquiry or just make the inquiry and customer services as an option to fulfill their quality management purpose only.

Mine is a banking dispute. (Bank’s Officer by the name of William Lee Pak Ming explained that there will be minimum 6 – 8% return for a saving plan, which I believed in and signed up for. Turned out the saving plan was an insurance policy + investment plan, and the investment didn’t yield the promised 6 – 8% return. When I texted the Officer (William), he didn’t want to reply my messages. So I lodged a complaint with OFS and Mr. Selvarajah attended to my complaint. He was very helpful and extremely patient in answering my queries. He also assisted me to get the Bank to return me the promised return. Thank you, Mr. Selvarajah!

What is purpose of ofs for. How many million complaints againts insurance company n private banks. How many complaints ofs received. How many ofs settled. Put in public review.Ofs must Settle Sa hul complaint without lying. Proof ofs answer in public complaint. If ofs cannot settle complaint. Why waste time n money. Close ofs. Dont waste Malaysian people money.

Thank you OFS for helping to sort out my problem with a defaultive ATM machine of a petrol station in Taman Melati. Money was dispensed but before I could take the money, the machine took it back again. I quickly emailed OFS and reported the matter. It was resolved when OFS contacted the bank and my money was credited back into my account a week later. Thumbs up!

Why ofs refuse to reply complaints. Must beg always n wait for months. As ofs law. How long ofs must settle a complaints. How much salary paid to ofs. How many complaints did ofs settled till today.Ofs staff like Kamsimah is not doing her work.Always avoiding to do her work ever. I complaint against maybank wka7676 . Told me no law to ask for my requirements from mayban. For mayban wrong doing. Maybank Repossessed my wka7676 without issuing 1st 2nd 3rd n 4rd reschedule register post letter. Mayban has done wrong as per Malaysian law. Why ofs staff not doing their work. Do l have to make police for ofs to do their work. Ofs should do Investigate n reply me. For all my complaint. Malaysian government should look into ofs. To me most staff at ofs think they are boss at ofs. They do work as their wish. No system n guidelines. If a bank or insurance company do wrong as per Malaysian law. Will they issue letter to customers to file complaints at ofs. Some officers at ofs refuse to take complaints. Ask to get a letter from bank . Government should do something to ofs

Incident unauthorized transaction happen 6 OCT 2020, and reported to OFS at until now issue not settle until now. Most recently 24 Feb 2022 OFS request more info and provided. But until now no respond and only get reply as: (Thank you for your email. Please give us some time to finalise the recommendation. At this point, we are in the midst of resolving earlier files and backlogs. Your kind understanding and patience are much appreciated) No command........,
