β β β β β Very disepointed service this time my supliment.i post on 4 April from Johor to Kuala Lumpur unfortunately the parcels in tawau Sabah 7april,I don't know the POS laju staff on dreaming working,then after make 3bcomplain arrived in Kuala Lumpur 10april. Almost 6day plus to deliver the item,pooor service ??? POS laju

β β β β β I think even i have given the comment your company management will also do not take any action to resolve this problem. Your company customer service it rude( pos Laju Bentong) enough to your client. Beside your headquarters customer service also cannot be contacted I have been call for a few times that more than 10 minutes but nobody answer. Moreover I got to pos laju ask (live chat) that also can be solve my problem.

β β β β β Asking people personal information including full passport number, for what? Making sure the right person got it or harassing? Since there is no passport number mentioned in the slip then how your smart people know i am the receiver, stupidity is acceptable but when you combine it with making other inconvenient then it is a problem, add on that your workers think the parcel is a favourite or a charity from them. Such and annoying business, just follow what other companies do canβt you?! Everyone drop packages at mailboxes or gourd house, such an annoying company

β β β β β This happens 2 time recently!! Your staff has put the delivery attempts in my mailbox but before they put the note they didn't call me and also my security always helping all the residents receive parcel and security just sit right to the mailbox!!
Obviously your staff didn't do they our duty, first I'm home whole day and no one call me, secondly they not even talk to my security if they do my security will definitely help to acknowledge!! This happen 2 time recently, if seem like they write the note at office and just drop it to mailbox!! Sorry this is not acceptable and I dont have time everyday go visit poslaju and collect my parcel everyday.

β β β β β It's almost impossible for me to get in contact with poslaju on any of their platforms. Their live agents on askpos are always busy, replies to feedback forms take ages (if i even receive a reply. Sometimes i don't) and branch phone numbers are all purely automated and only refer you to their online contact services - which don't respond. They truly have the worst customer service compared to all the other courier services I've used. Hopefully, I'll hear back from them regarding my missing parcel.

β β β β β You know what, it has been 3 FREAKING DAYS MY PARCEL STUCK AT KL METRO E AND TODAY IS FRIDAY!!! SO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 2 MORE DAYS AND THE PARCEL WAS POSTED ON WEDNESDAY
LAST WEEK!!! IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK SINCE THEN!! Even my parcels from korea has arrived but the one from batu pahat can't even arrived within one week. Do better, don't kepam our parcel like this. We didn't pay rm5 for this kind of service. To add, I sent my parcel Wednesday last week and I tried to call the poslaju near my house but their line is nonexistent. I even emailed poslaju regarding this prob but no one replied.

β β β β β Very Important documents stuck in customs since 17 April until today. Customs tells me it's not their fault that Pos Laju didn't come and take it. You don't even answer your phones. And now you're telling me on chat (which I waited 30 minutes for a reply) that you don't even know what happened! Terrible service, and now I have to wait another 4 business days for them to figure out what even happened. Slow. Irresponsible. Avoiding this service like the plague.
