These condos will soon identify them as the heart of Maluri as they are at a centralized location regarding all facilities such as a medical facility, shopping center, main highway, and so on. Overall, it is a decent place to own new property in Kuala Lumpur and to look up to for your future residence.

I really like the car parking block as it is always a hassle if there is not enough parking for the residents.
The new condos in KL are also well planned and can accommodate decent-sized families, thanks to 7 different sizes of the condos ???
It would be a delight to own such new property in KL??

These are potentially the best condos that have seen the face of KL. The location is just amazing. It is close to TRX, Cochrane MRT, IKEA, and even a hospital.
Sounds like a well-planned complex doesn’t it? I myself have invested here and had the honor to meet the courteous staff of Boustead Properties.
They clearly explained all available options to me and it was very helpful in choosing the right type and size for my very own condo in KL.

Quite a lot of facilities are provided such as parking, car washing bays, gardens, and waste collection.
These apartments near Cochrane are a few minutes' walk from the nearest MRT and the condos are near TRX.
Security arrangements are also pretty sweet so you can live with your family without any worries.
