β β β β β Professionaly done work as the treatment requires time to show differences and improvements. I have done my hair treatment for hair fall and still continuing the service with One Doc Kalng on weekly basis. Ms Janice from the branch is the best consultant i would say. Her profesionalism can be seen through her work and every process is being well explained to me in every session. Truely glad i found One Doc as my solution for my hair fall issue.

β β β β β I registered the promotion of pico laser with RM199. Payment is required first before consultation and the laser. So, after the payment was made, have to wait quite awhile (nearly 25 mins) for consultation due to thigh schedule. The consultant was told that by doing the promotion price, you wonβt see any result as it only give limited shot. I felt cheated, since I already made the payment. And they were quite hard sell. The consultation was last nearly 40 mins. And end up upgraded to higher shot, so the first trial price was end up 1k+. ? ofc, with one time pico, canβt see any obvious result too. #RIPwallet
I feel that the price is not justifiable, as the price is no including facial. And after the pico treatment, they just apply a toner. Not even with face cream or sunscreen. The treatment is also conducted by beautification too.
With 1k+ first trial price, you can find a better clinic and better environment clinic/ beauty saloon.

My thoughts (pros)
i) Staff are very friendly and professional.
ii) They can help you with any queries regarding your skin.
iii) The treatment was okay, hope I can see results after few treatments.
Iv) I received many free gifts prior to my purchased package.
My thoughts (cons)
i) Don't believe on RM199 first trial. Its a marketing strategy to make customers come into their store so that they can explain why other packages are better.
ii) I felt pressured and slightly uncomfortable when they keep pushing (hard sell) their packages.
Conclusion,
If you don't like to be pressured into something, DO NOT come, believe the reviews. However, if you don't mind about the price, sure you can try. It will be a big decision to consider at least for me. So, come with a prepared mindset that you are going to spent alot.

β β β β β I have massive hairfall issue due to my scalp psoriasis. And was researching many hair treatment centres. Came for a trial at Hair Doc and Wayne amazed me with their treatment plans. Took their scalp treatment and am very happy with their treatment with 2-3 sessions I can see my hairfall has reduced tremendously. Together with their products my scalp feels so much healthier. Definitely a place I will recommend. Wayne takes of the your scalp like her own with so much passion and affection. Worth every penny

β β β β β went to this place around 1 year ago with their trial price. need to pay rm199 first (trial price). then when i went to the consultation room, they asked me to sign up for rm10,000 package. when i said i dont have enough money, they asked me to sign up for credit card. super hard selling. and when i said i dont want to do extra treatment, they asked me βwhy not? itβs for ur skin?β but they never asked about my wallet. especially it was PKP at that time & everyone was having a bad time. i ended up signing for extra 1.8k treatment that doesnt really make any difference to my face because theyre using lower wavelength (not exactly like pico laser that they offered at the first place cause itβs considered in cheaper package)
to be honest, if you ever thought to come here for relaxing facial, better dont. their treatment rooms are being divided by curtains only so no privacy at all especially for those who are wearing hijab. you can see someone beside u when they open the curtains and if it happen to be a man, really uncomfortable. ive been to many salons, salons with private rooms are better.
it has been a year and i never thought of coming back here. conclusion is if u have lotssss of money then u can go. if not, u will be stressed by their hard selling.
