★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales manager her who finally stepped into the room is very rude, no listening skill, hard sell make people felt uncomfortable and lack of understanding skill. The way she talk is like memorize everything anf vomit to all customers. Mine issue is not hair loss but she keen saying i have hair loss issue. Mine is white hair beginning stage and scalp itchiness and some redness pimpiles on haie scalp. She dont have patient and can tell the point. I told her i need to observe and compare few more only decide. She straight gave me face to see and indeed low class, no manners and indeed kurang ajar. She cant promise anythings and a bit wrong mislead consumer kept telling hair will grow. Hair grow quantity no mentioned and she also not sure. Kept telling unpromising sentences. The attitude is sucks. Bad experience. Staff who service me is OK but not the klang branch sales manager or supervisor who last step into my room. Touch my hair also very rude. You have hair loss treat me like 3 years old child. 心浮气躁的黄毛丫头 讲话没有听客户问题 不会解决 不会建议 一直硬销 乱建议 乱下评估 不专业 很差劲

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services can be better! ALWAYS not consistance. The service is definitely overpriced. Always not taking care of customer hair condition. Always not showing your progress and always need to request or ask them to show us the progress. The management is sleeping, they don't even care about customer's need, they just know what package you need to sign, which package is suitable for you even though there is no improvement after the package completed. Even though u made complaint to their customer service, they don't even bother and they won't do anything! Just Nothing! They just want your money! Definitely not worth it and not recommended at all.
