I am here to share my own bad experience. This happened at Johor and the fact as follow:
Agent contacted me for tenancy agreement extention as the tenancy agreement going to end soon. Then, i asked the agent how is the agent fee like? Agent said 1 month agent fee. Then i tell the agent, in this case i would renew it with the tenant myself instead of taking up the agent service to save the agent fee. But, One Dream agent inform my tenant that, owner does not wish to continue to rent out the unit as owner intend to sell the unit.
This act caused the tenant panic as during that time was MCO and my tenant needs to go view other units and expose themselve in danger.
I did not know it until my tenant moved out and i did not receive any rental on that month.
Even the agent dare not answer my call after i found out my tenant already moved out and i managed to get back the house key until i contacted the boss named Encik Shahid.
Agents involved are:
Depy (ownernside)
Lala Yasser (tenant side)
Pls beware for the 2 agents mentioned above.
