Digital lock, free partially build-in furniture even though quality not the best.
Con:
Crazy parking arrangement, central garden like jungle, swimming pools not permanent open to resident. Not a lot of food choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those who buy a centre park should first check if they think it is worth buying and investing. 1) is that the swimming pool facility is not under by our sale and purchase agreement and is belong to developers, so the right to use it can be changed at any time also unknown. 2)the developer has been promoting the house price , causing the homeowners who bought the first phase and the second phase to lose money. 3) the shuttle bus even no available for open to jb sentral .4)Although the company has a butler, but the efficiency is a little slow and even did not reply...
