โ โ โ โ โ I hv bought a Smart TV 3yrs ago n it broke down 2dys B4 lockdown. It's still under "extended warranty". During the process of waiting n follow up with the technician, a staff whom I bought the TV frm ONE LIVING, BAYU PERDANA named NICK has in put his efforts and he's really responsible. A friendly n very GOOD SERVICE was given by him n also the technician (Mr Khoo) - which is something that's hard to get when it comes to after sales services. Very appreciate n will introduce to others.

โ โ โ โ โ Unfriendly and impolite, was ask for introduction of electrical device and just know to reply "see lo, see what brand you want!" "See lo, see what price you can pay!"?, was no idea and knowledge of function of those device that why ask for pro and con and function of different brand to do comparison, but at the end get with these reply, when asking only go online to check and tell those feature that already stat online, if just explanation with that we can direct buy online but not visit your shop, asking is it can stack up of washing machine just a reply of I am only salesman, not technician, you need ask technician, what an un professional reply, disappointed on your kind service, better train well on your staff on product knowledge to serve your customer ???
