β β β β β I was a returning customer having bought many electrical and kitchen appliances from this shop before.
The most recent purchase was a nightmare. Ordered an air cond and water heater on Saturday.
Issues:-
1. When printing the invoice, he increased installation price of water heater and air cond price WITHOUT INFORMING. When asked, he reduced the installation price back but for air cond, said it was newer model so higher price. I agreed.
2. Specifically asked the sales guy if can deliver latest by Monday because I have other matters to attend to on other days. He said can.
On Monday, I called to confirm. Keep promising installer will reach in one hour numerous times. At night he said they can't make it and will only come the next day.
I refused to accept and ask for refund. I couldn't accept their lies. Then he told me refund will take 3 to 4 weeks.
I was furious but still agreed for him to install on Tuesday morning. Had to rearrange my schedules.
On Tuesday they only reached in the afternoon.
After installing the water heater, the installer quietly went to his lorry and his worker brought the form to sign we accept the installation. When I checked the water heater the pump wasn't working. I asked the installer and he told me that model got no pump.
I showed him the receipt and said I bought this model specifically because of the pump.
Then he did something and there was pump noise. But there was no change in water pressure.
When I told the installer, he raised his voice and said that is not his problem, settle with the shop and pay him the additional installation fees for the plug and wiring. Very thug like behaviour.
We had an argument and I refused to pay anything more until they sort out their problems.
He dismantled and took back the water heater.
They still haven't installed it back .it's already Thursday.
This place is now full of dishonest people, not like before. Don't buy from them.
