★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful apartment centrally located. It has few shops to purchase groceries, laundry and others. It is opposite horizon Hills shopping center where you have offices, restaurants and other exciting things. The location is central because of easy access to skudai, Medini, educity, forest city and Bukit Indah. It is such a neat, new and serene apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place: situated in a quiet end of Iskandar Puteri with many amenities around and ample foodies around the area for any resident nearby. The condo was quite well maintained and security can be a little laxed, but still OK. Handles the couriers well for the residences and maintains swimming pool and gym ok.
Service: Agents (selling condo) dealing here were OK and the workers here are OK too.

Very good security system; downside being you have to come out to let your guest in at the main entrance. Location is directly accessible and about 5km from Bukit Indah, Medini, Kota Iskandar, Mutiara Rini and Gelang Patah.
