★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pardon me for our messy bed. Seriously this place is a really good place to stay! It is easy to get here (if you go here by walking, you need to walk extra abit but it's really convenient!) second time staying in RnF and yes it's awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome home, well furnished but the condo isn't well built. There are leaking at the toilet at common space and around swimming pool. Overall its still an awesome stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The furnishings and feel are luxurious, though the place is still newly built and there are still works going on and certain facilities and shops yet to open.
The location is a big bonus, with a sheltered walkway that brings you to the CIQ and City Square within 10 minutes.

Booked 1 unit through booking.com (Refundable type)..and received the confirmation (Your booking is confirmed at R&F Princess Cove @ UHA)...
Arrived at the place to check-in ...and was told to send them another RM200 as security deposit through only T&G eWallet or Malaysian Bank transfer...We called and asked to pay using cash... not accepted because no one is there to handle this.. So, if you encountered problem during your stay, there is no one there to handle your problem..
We received another massage to ask us to sent the pictures of IC or Driving License... is it safe to send our personal details in such unsecure manner.. be wary of this...
We will never book this R&F Princes Cove again....
Booking.com should be held responsible also as they did not tell us of such unfair requirements.......they did not give the refund for cancellation.... We will reconsider using booking.com again...
