β β β β β Went to buy an item and there was a 50% off second item. But first item was purchased, we were still at the counter. The manager and staff were so rigid that they cannot void the transaction and redo a new order or add on a second transaction at 50% which given that I was from retail line and itβs entirely possible, the staff and manager were not very customer oriented to do so... a happy transaction made the customer not truly satisfied and happy.
Plus, The shop was not crowded at all and they have ample time to do just that. Why so rigid then? And why not be more customer service orientated so as to improve the sales numbers and sales experience. Very disappointing.

β β β β β Please get more staff. Waited for more than 10 min at the door but no staff to serve us or let us in. Left disappointed in the end. During my 10+ min wait I have seen many queue and left . Imagine the potential sales that u lost.

β β β β β I already buy the shoes on 2/2/22 But Malay female staff are very rude and impolite. It is very disappointing when customers want to buy the shoes . Maybe onitsuka tiger can train your staff to be more polite to serve customers and not be rude to customers if customers ask about shoes and sizes.I would like to buy more shoes but the attitude of your staff is very rude and disappointing. Also Your QC review is also not very satisfactory. Because there is a defective color.
