★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought ceiling fans (a total of 5) from this shop. Same brand and as displayed in the shop which is Mitsubishi white color. However, they delivered 1 white and the rest are grey/black. My contractor had installed all the fans and took the picture, send to me that I noticed they were in the wrong color. My living room has a mixture of white and grey fans which looks so odd. I called the shop no on the receipt - no is not in service. Called the no on the website, no answer and get to answering machine. Called the sales-person in charge he said unfortunately the guy took from the store wrong color so it was my luck to have them delivered in grey/black. And said unfortunately since I have installed nothing can be done. Very disappointed with their lack of accountability in doing their work and their after service, Definitely not going to buy any product from them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onking usj is terrible and just want to lock on your sales, before and after was total 2 things.i strongly agreed to whatever what the others comment on dishonesty.on free delivery services still they will ask u for extra fees when deliver.I wont write this wrong but STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED to buy from this outlet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was window shopping at Onking USJ a day before Raya 2022. Just checking out TVs since we just shifted to a new house. Saiful who’s friendly approached us even though he knew we’re just window shopping on the day. With the knowledge that he shared with us, we decided to just go for 70 incher UHDTV and a small refrigerator. Items arrived perfectly and installed by 2 good delivery guys. You guys got a few gems, such good assets! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onking USJ is having sales this weekend. My husband and I went there yesterday to look for an air-conditioner and finally decided on a 1.5HP Midea air conditioner at RM1,259.00. I went back today with cash for the purchase. A tall, fat Chinese guy who seems to be either a supervisor or a manager told us the advertised price is wrong and it should be RM1,489.00. I told him two staff (a tall, thin Chinese guy and an Indian guy) attended to us yesterday and nobody told us there's any mistake in the price. He took a marker pen to change the price and subsequently removed the whole poster. He rudely told us they could not have made any mistake and asked us not to make any mistake.
Onking did not honour the price they put up on their poster. Neither did they apologize for their mistake. The attendant was also very rude to us. We eventually walk out without buying anything.
