I have been waiting for my refund for more than 5 months. And no response.
Updated review, 7 months waiting for my refund. Just wow big scam?????
So this is the way they let their customers forget their own refund. I have visited this place more than six times same excuse that they have pushed the finance department to give me my own refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TM wants you to sign up but makes it ultra difficult and unclear when you no longer need their service. Won't be signing up another Unifi account after having 4 accounts with them and gotten terrible treatment when I need to terminate 1! Gave me the run around and many TM Points either closed down or cannot entertain termination! What a lousy service culture?!?
