โ โ โ โ โ Bought a phone from this outlet recently. Service and enthusiasm from a foreign staff there was refreshing and engaging. Gives clear information regarding the device and also did an immediate clone of my old phone to the new one.
The same level of service and attentiveness however, CANNOT be said of the local Chinese manager and another local staff. Firstly, the foreign staff offered me a gift bag, which I came to understand later that was not supposed to be offered to me as the promotion period is already over. But all the manager did when he came back and saw that the bag was on the table was to snap at the foreign sales staff, right in front of me.
Not a word of apology or explanation was given to me, the customer. And I am sitting right there understand every single derogatory remark he made in Cantonese pertaining to that foreign staff.
Come On Oppo. Do train your staff, especially your managers to have better etiquette. And if you want to say something rude to another person, have the guts and decency to say it to their face and in a language they can understand.
