1 of the worst place to go. The staff was really arrogant. Not friendly at all. Showing black face in the whole conversation is not a good customer service. We donโ€™t owe you anything.

Sold us prepaid sim card registered under the name of previous owner, even their Gmail account is logged in lol. Then Digi refuse to refund or exchange another sim card for us.

The Chinese staff is offering great help and troubleshooting upon my request. The Malay colleague is trying his best to assist and offered a few suggestions ?. Feel bless to have such a marvellous customer service from Digi. Going thru a few teleco in Msia, digi is still the best and better plans offer. DIGI App is a user friendly App. Thumb Up.

I would like highlights few issue that Iโ€™ve encountered. I was interested in your Digi Pakej Power Jimat which I liaise with customer service through helpline before I headed to the Digi Store. I realised those listed phones under Digi Pakej Power is a one time payment for the device and will be tied up with a contract of 12months. Thus, I went to the store to enquiry more about it but the Temporary Staff named Adam was assisting me by showing those phones but the before that he asked me few questions 1. โ€˜You nak cari phone yang macam maneโ€™ 2. โ€˜You ade credit card tak? 3. โ€˜Kredit kad tu atas nama you ke (sounds like Iโ€™m being judged whether I am a credit card holder or whether I am capable to buy a phone) And then I was looking at the devices and suddenly he came and saying โ€˜betul ke nak pakai phone biasa camtu sebab yang tu semua untuk orang tuaโ€™ Did any of you can tell me is the phones specially made based on age? And then when I insisted asking about the Pakej Power Jimat then heโ€™s not even answering my question but keep on saying I need to downgrade my existing package of RM120 to RM60 if I want to own those basics phones or he keep insisting me by promoting those devices which I need to pay monthly for the devices + plan and tied with 2 years contract. And when I look at the template that he showed to me, I asked how about the RM1? Then he literally gave a sarcastic smile by saying โ€˜tu adalah betul2 basic phone, sure ke nak ambik tuโ€™ Digi should provide a proper training of customer service, products knowledge and whatsoever on how should handling customers enquiries in a proper manner. I never expected will face those kind of bad experience with ur TEMPORARY STAFF - ADAM

Yesterday went to this Digi store request for ESIM. This staff name (Edmund) was very rude and unprofessional replied me. My question was, after install ESIM can it be putting physical SIM card in and 2 lines are active? He stared at me and shouted with rude replied, ESIM is only for 1 line cannot putting 2 lines. But my question was as above I have written. I told him, if your attitude so bad and angry, please ask other staff serve me. He didnโ€™t apology to me and my friends. Please educate your staff with more professional services.

Avoid this outlet. Staff insisted on us paying cash, then suddenly raised price after we paid. First telling us the RM20 prepaid SIM deal was for locals only and we had to upgrade to RM35 as foreigners. Agreed and then staff began activating the SIMs. Then telling us after that it was RM8 SIM card fee and could not refund because we already activated SIMs. None of these conditions were written anywhere. Went to another Digi store who informed of no such policy.
