★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first and last time coming here. I had unpleasant experience during my glasses collection. I spent more than RM1k on my glasses and received a defect frame from a very unfriendly staff. She don’t even bother to ask and check my glasses properly. I had to keep asking her to adjust my glasses multiple times and it still doesn’t fit well. Luckily they changed my frame to a new one but the same staff was still hostile and don’t know how to fix the glass. Frustrated with the poor and incompetent service, i decided to leave and consult with other optical store.
