He always had a smile on his face while delivering his expertise and the best thing is his efficiency, I can always take my glasses within 20-30 minutes. Bravo!

But no more after I decided to change my glasses at New Image Eyewear. It was such a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in until I walked out with my new glasses after less than 30 minutes! Really love their professionalism and ethusiasm to give the customers the best service as well as frame and lense that suit them without breaking the bank. Trust all the positive reviews. From The moment one walks in Alex or his staff are waiting to greet you. One feels welcomed and special. Hand sanitiser near the entrance for easy excess.
When you are ready to buy glasses, get a eye test done they are done professionally and with great care. Thank you for the continuous great staff and service. I recommend to family and friends.

Their services are impeccable, the qualities and choices of their eye wear products are fantastic and in keeping with the current fashion trends along with our eyes examination that my daughter and I received was excellent and beyond our expectations! Alex the owner of the boutique not only have the knowledge and experiences in his field but as well have a degree of a professional optometrist credentials to his name. Basically, Alex always go the extra mile to meet our needs and more importantly doing everything possible making sure we are happy and satisfied with their products and customer services. This eye wear boutique is a gem of a place in KL!
