★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in to this outlet at 10.30am while some female staff was doing thier cleaning shop job but none greeted me or what so ever to ask me or to acknowledge me. I took it easy and was looking around the displayed glass frame. Guy name Robin approached me and asked me how he help me. So I told him my story and wanted the experts advise should I just change my damaged frame or change new. To my surprise he took a look and said the glass is good and frame cab be changed. So he took it and looked for the same size and found it. He cleaned it up, fixed it within 15 minutes. I was happy as its within my budget at minimised cost. So I thanked him for his approach to settle my issue immediately. I am thanking Optics 85 for having such proffesional people in your organisation as such I wish the organisation looks after the employees especially Robin is an asset to the company. Thank you Robin. Good job. Keep up the good work.
