β β β β β Impatient and RUDE doctor. I have personal encounter with him and do not have a good opinion of him, but today he treat my mum like she is an idiot. When my dad accompanied my mum, he was civilized but today when she went alone he was very rude and almost verbally abusive. I don't to say much more, read the other reviews from other people. I hope he changes for his own good but we are done with this doctor.

β β β β β Staffs n doctor are not friendly. When we are trying to explain our eyes problem, the way the doctor respond are so impolite. No communication skill. You better learn how to speak and respond to patient. You should know that you are run a business in which ur intention is to give benefit to people on eyes problem. You are also depend on us too ya..No customer no money..Remember that.We need you and you need us as well. Your front desk staffs also has lack of knowledge on handling patient/customer. No proper explanation when we get the medicine. You better learn how to run business. Hope this feedback lead your team to improvise here and there. Overall 1 star.sorry

β β β β β Dr Tan treated me with absolute class. He asked a lot of questions to narrow down my symptoms and identified my problem. He did not rush and took his time to explain to us on the issue. Will definitely go back again. Thank you doctor.

β β β β β The doctor is very sarcastic and unfriendly. He only put the blame on the patient for the eye infection. If you donβt wanna kena scold by doctor, please donβt come to this clinic. (+) When I was doing the eye checkup, my mask string broke and he couldnβt even be bother to give me a new mask. I had to hold my broken mask for the whole consultation journey.
