β β β β β Went for a general eye check up today. Fascinated with their modern equipments and facilities. Just disappointed at how assistant Amalina (who did my assessment), quite harsh and unfriendly, no reassurance and very pessimistic, I would say couldnβt differentiate what to say or not to say towards patients. I would suggest to study and practice about ethics and professionalism when it comes to serving customers. Really ruined my mood for the whole session and wanted it to get done quickly (I may not show it at that time because I am aware that this is basic respect).
