In spite of being a specialist , he exhibited poor communication and management towards elderly patients. Do not treat patients like accused during consultation. They are not house officers to present chief complains the way you wish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being greeted by very rude reception staff. While during consultation, the doctor is so impatient in explaining the diagnosis to his patient, and I’m really disappointed with it. As a doctor, one should let people talk, and listen to them patiently, regardless of who they are. This will be my first and last visit.

Showing face like very rich vip look down on poor people just like we are not welcome.Use the words paralyzed the eyes but when asked to define will paralyze effected the eyesight then by rudely saying you don’t asked why lah, you go back put eyes drop and come back 3 days later. Only check the right eyes not both then straight go check for the shortsightedness percentage just like when you are buy spectacles. Given only one small bottle eyes drop costs 95 for nothing, only said can’t get shortsightedness measurements come back in 3 day for another try. Only given one very small bottle eyes drop. Not satisfied i tell the lady that i not coming back again and i don’t want the eyes drop, also the lady showing unhappy face and for nothing i have to pay 75 consultation fees for a few words, cannot give the simple answer what’s wrong with the eyes! Shamed on you, not qualify to be a doctor. Actually one star also not qualified but rates you must press at least a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not know why this clinic got low ratings. This is one of the best eye specialist I went to. The doctor was friendly in a fatherly way, the receptionist treat you like family. The doctor remembered my corneal abrasion, gave proper advice regarding next step and suggested accordingly. If we don't need to meds, he won't suggest it. He charged among the lowest compared to other eye specialist. Even when I move to Cyberjaya, I'm willing to go check up my eye with him in Seremban. That's how much I like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor really messed up with my eyes and constantly disrespectful of my time. I was treated very rudely by the front desk and receptionist showing attitudes. First visit didn’t live up to expectations. I don’t think they have the training they need. I’m really unhappy on how they treated me. I would not recommend this to my friends. I think they should learn first how to be friendly with customers.
