★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor design and poor quality .Their designers are too bad .recently we have given order for Study table they have designed in such a way that we could not find a chair .only a bean bag can suit to that hight .They are also turning blind eye for servicing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completely agree first review to this thread. Let me tell you that I am regretting by choosing the ORA KIT SDN BHD for setting up my Study Table. Firstly, because of their poor design. The designers doesn’t know the standards on how to design proper study table. Once after the installation, I was looking for a study chair, guess what I couldn’t find any chair suitable to that height. Also, the have a designed a drawers beneath table, which occupies more space and doesn’t let me use the table freely. They clearly lack the quality & design.

Request customer to make full payment before delivery. But in their quotation were not clearly mentioned. Just mentioned 50% deposit when signing the quotation.
Can threathen customer if no full payment made they will on hold the delivery after received 50% deposit.
The quality delivered was terrible bad with srew & hole on the surface of the TV panel & altar.
Their product not cheap. But the quality are not up to standard. Can say it is no standard at all. A lot of excuse given on customer complaint with their poor workmanship. Totally ignore the customer complaint because full payment already made.
Told us 2 to 3 days to complete the installation, but ended up took 5 days to install 3 wardrobe & TV panel because of wrong measuring.
Not suggest to use this company. U will regret & disappointed after so much money spent & get such poor quality service & product.
