steven was very friendly, professional and transparent when showing the issues that my transmission has.
he took pictures of when job is being done (diagnostics, taking out the transmission, parts being used, progress photos). when I come and pick up the car, he explain everything that is being replace and it's function, each item in the billing. Plus he also help wash the car.
can't recommend enough that this is the place if you want your transmission to be fixed / overhauled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steven is a god with cars - my old BMWs and Porsches are all in great condition thanks to him. He's an expert in continental cars - I've seen him work on Bentleys before.
I would also like to commend him on his customer service - before he works on anything, he'll WhatsApp you and explain what needs to be done, and how much they will cost. He would also offer cost-cutting alternatives, e.g. using aftermarket parts vs originals, or delaying the service of an old part because it's still in decent working condition, so you can save money as well.
He'll also bring your car for a free wash after servicing - all signs of someone who cares for the customer.
Friendly, great customer service, experienced, honest pricing, generous, you'll be missing out if you don't take your beautiful cars to his workshop.

You can trust him with all sorts of cars - he has been working on local, Japanese, Korean & Continental & even the super luxury high end expensive car brands/models. A mechanic that can be trusted. Explains things in details & the pricing before performing repair/replacement works. Sends pictures of work progress. Charges reasonably - you pay for the highy quality of work the workshop delivers. This workshop is highly recommended.
