★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been traveling in Asia for a long time and have simple claims. But this hotel is a no go. We had 2 double rooms. Bed sheets dirty, apparently not changed after the last guest (sperm, old blood, bed bug poo).
Towels smell very musty, no mattress protectors. We
found bed bugs and black marks on the mattress
Even the "fresh" sheets from the closet have black spots. Be careful!!! We got the money back. The staff recommended us to look for a room in another hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place .. cheep . Clean the stuff is very helpful . Respectfully .. the great things is u can cook and also there is a breakfast and dinner if anyone need ... The place is safety . If you guys looking for cheaper place and nice place this is the best place
Also the dorm room is clean and great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orchid Haven is centrally located and the staff provided wonderful insight for local tours. There are also many local and affordable food options just outside. However, the volunteer staff was brusque with me on arrival and the accommodation itself is unremarkable. The amenities are very basic but this is all I really needed. They do a lot with the small facilities they have but, even then, their primary objective is to fit as many people in the space as possible. The only redeeming quality that allowed me to place them at 4 stars instead of 3 was the warmth of its owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just stayed here, from the 6-9 of August 2019 and am entirely covered in bed bug bites. The rooms and facilities are not very clean, I was scared to have a shower bcus of the condition of the washrooms, water was not even Luke warm. Thumbs down! Don't stay here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room. Location near city of Tanah Rata. Near bank facility, 24 hours groceries stores, a lot of restaurant. Cooking class conducted by owner and staff are friendly. Having a pantry/small kitchen is an advantage. Simple breakfast but nice for start-up a day. Overall, satisfied with the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean place in a good location, no noise from outside. But the problem is that some rooms are next to the corridor and you here EVERYTHING on the corridor or the people eating breakfast.... Personal is very friendly.
There are private rooms with toilet but were always empty due to high price, shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with a friendly atmosphere, but a bit more expensive than its worth.
The two bed room is fairly spacious and pretty, quite comfortable. It had a balcony with a great view of the local market and the landscape to the west. The place has lots of guests which can make things very messy and stinky after everyone loses their shoes. The wifi is lacking, barely even worked.
"Breakfast" is unremarkable, it's only toast. The tea provided 24/7 upstairs is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hostel is well located in Cameron Highlands. The staff was really welcoming and helped us by suggesting some local activities and tricks. The double room was good, clean with shared bathrooms. The breakfast is minimalist, but overall it is cheap compared to other places this well located.
