★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to ask any available slot. I said "Around 3?". Then aggressively she replied "Give me exact time". I said "Ok for 3pm". Then I asked her questions if they do Nail Art, (because of coure as customer you want to know what are you PAYING FOR, not just bluntly giving money to unprofessional!), plus I saw in their instagram, they do a minor nail art. Then she said "No blablabla" (I can't understand her English). As I am looking for a Nail Art, I said "its ok then, thank you". SHE JUST HANG UP THE PHONE LIKE A NO MANNER PERSON!!! I said a nice thank you to YOU, then you dare to treat like your customer as such???? No sorry from her part, let alone a friendly goodbye. All I got was a very harsh telephone call.
Just DO NOT go to this salon if CUSTOMER SERVICE is important to you, or you want to treat you with RESPECT!
It is might be slightly "cheaper" (location and unprofessional nail technician), but better pay something that you will be happy for, and Orkid Nail Salon is not a place to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, but lacking in cleanliness. When you go to a nail spa, you will expect a cozy & relaxing ambience. But not for this one. Rasa macam mani pedi dekat rumah orang. Condition serious tak terurus. Banyak barang2 yang tak patut ada dalam kedai. Not sure if they live there too. I hope they can make an improvement on this matter ya.
