★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are friendly. I didn’t do any appointment but they manage to take me in to do my pedicure. My first experience is good and the staff treat it gently. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely do again in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent! The beauticians are very well trained, friendly, polite and considerate. The facilities are very clean, equipt and organised. They even sanitise the chairs, sink and equipment after every use! The product they use are of high quality and there is a large range of colours to choose from. I had a pedicure for RM75 which includes a exfoliation using actual honey and cocoa scruv, nail shaping and colour. I definitely will come here again, possibly with my friends/family for a pamper day out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services. I came to the outlet mall to ask regarding the appointment.
But nobody at the counter, I saw one old Chinese lady staff doing manicure to her customer and politely ask her regarding the appointment. The old lady looked at me up & down and suddenly rise her voices like to chase me away from the outlet. It’s terrible experience , and I would never ?? go to the outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I booked appointment (total of 5 people early in the morning) through Google online booking one day before; 10 am slots but those appointments got ignored, the reason was they were too busy to go through the online booking.
Luckily I went to the store in the evening of the same day I booked those appointments to remind them. They suggested to shift those appointments from 10am to 7pm for 5 people since they overlooked those appointments.
I was so disappointed and cancelled all the bookings immediately, yeap that's going to be my last time. I would suggest to remove the online booking service since it is not functioning effectively. Thank you.

Pretty good cuticle removal skills, no one 'accidentally' over remove my cuticles so no bleeding & it was painless - well done & thumbs up
Needs more training on nail shaping skills - I went home & had to file my nails again as the shape was uneven (never had this issue before with other place)
Commendable nail polish application skills - keep it up
Both technicians were pleasant though
Price - 2/5
Very pricey, in fact the most expensive I've paid considering all factors.
I came to this place wanting to try out other place but sorry, this place did not really meet my expectation. The place seems a bit run-down too (not a very important aspect to me) but I was hoping for something better for the price that I paid. Spa package - nothing too great, the heated booties malfunctioned, the UV light for nails kept getting disconnected. The technicians also did not communicate well with each other to see what the other one is doing. For instance, when the one doing my toes wanted my knees to be bent, she just moved my legs without prompting & it caused the UV light to be disconnected - the tip that was connected to the electricity actually fell into the water (my foot was still immersed) - nothing happened thanks to the other nail technician quick reflexes (I hope she was more concerned that I almost got electrocuted than the thought that it was gonna damage the equipment). My usual nail parlour charges half the price I've paid here so I've learnt my lesson (don't change unless you're unhappy).
I hope the gel polish last as long as they said.
My verdict - I probably won't come back as I'm going to stick to my usual place (for anyone who's wondering, it is House of Nails at the Summit, much more affordable prices, super efficient, better services, able to work on more complex nail issues, each visit was worthwhile).
I kept quiet while at The Nail Parlour as I didn't want to demotivate anyone. The technicians were nice & I believe there's still plenty of room for improvement.
