★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today for taking a color printout , Oscar shop near the kfc rawang. Charging 5rm for a single page. Very greedy and expensive.Will never go again there and advise others to be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think its time you all hire people who truly has the knowledge or expertise to troubleshoot a problem rather running away with "Tak Tahu"!. My sister went to your shop to ask if you can edit a AI file. Your staff a male chinise guy said yes. Then he tried to open the AI file in photoshop which any Digital shop with some minium knowledge know cant be done. He open in the first pc the file was there with a prompt message which he pressed ok then he switch to 2nd pc all the files gone. The rest is history the file got deleted. When my sister asked what happen to the file your staff as usual "I dont know" " I tak de kacau" slogan went on and on. None came to rescue. He went for lunch they said then my sis waited, That guy came he ignore to resolve her issue. My sis went through your computer filled with junk download not cleared. So your pc is full of virus. How on earth all this years you all can survive i wonder. This really puzzling. Because you say you all know all should act like one. Not even a slight remorse ( check Google for meaning) .What a bunch of not so smart i cant use the real word cause google cant. Seriously use some brain power in future. She came home and said she felt like talking to a bunch of Monkey's. How undigital is your Oscar Digital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever we as customer ask this can’t that can’t must follow only package. Have very limited frame choices and EXPENSIVE. Cant even put extra effort to take care of customer, saying too much of work. DISAPPOINTING!
