★ ★ ★ ★ ★ • Service is ok but its need more staff because they have a lot of service counter but only open 2-3 counter.
• I think its normal to wait a few hours expecially in the morning.
• But I like the way that India staff (I think he's a guard) serve the customer. He's very² friendly and helpful. He can answer any basic question and help you with the machine.
• Overall ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don’t use the services a certain banker at this branch (let’s just call her Ms.S). Her services are so bad and she misrepresents her clients. She will promise you the sky and moon and deliver utter rubbish. Even developer’s representatives have blacklisted her. That by itself tells you all you need to know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited Maybank Rawang branch with my older parents (hardly can walk without support) to do some transactions. I’m so impressed with the service & staffs attitude right from security at main door till end with cashiers. All staff highly professional in handling customers. Special thanks to Cik. Zahara (Customer service/Greeter) & En. Din (teller counter 4) & Chinese Lady staff who answered my call (forgot to ask her name). I personally experience an EXTRAORDINARY customer service. Keep the good work.??????

Make an app and went Maybank the reef, things went smoothly, staffs are very polite and most important fast. Don’t go to Maybank rawang, there are packed with people and need to book ealier (morning appointments always full).
