★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scary front desk assisants. Foreign worker as front desk assisant who nearly dont comprehend local language nor english. Another local staff who dont even speak up and smile to customers. We are paying to stay and not asking for free rooms, should know the basic role of being a host.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel service is very poor. One of my friend book a room there for 5 days. Suddenly they got a problem about the payments of my friend they are forcing him to pay the refund regarding the payment for room. They always bother her everyday. Plus the staff is not accomodating and bothering. Slow wifi which is their main attraction to get costumers.the prices of the room is high. They need to upgrade everything in their hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay for a week at this hotel and the wifi connection very poor; and also sometimes there’s no signal at all ?. When i arrived and check-in for the first time, me and my friends noticed that there’s some stain at the blankets. So far, the air-conditioner is good and adjustable. Staff and the manager very friendly and helpful. But just gotta remind them to do the housekeeping services. Sometimes, they forgot to do it. And i suggest for the hotel to make some space in the room for muslim to pray easily.
